I feel like such a bad friend...
I tried calling Ariel a few days ago, and apparently her cell's been disconnected, 'cuz my call got bounced... And the number Mom has didn't work either. I don't know her new home phone number, despite the fact that she's lived there for awhile. I don't know her email, or her address, or anything...
So I've slumped low enough as to get a MySpace account. Just to let her know that I'm moving.
Anybody know if you get to keep your phone number or not when you move inside the city, out of curiosity?

We kept our phone number when we moved; I think it was something that went through the phone company though. And we also built our house, so it is with all likelyhood a completely different case... I'll ask Mom about it though, assuming I remember before they dope me up for surgery.
Courtney, I think you only have to change it when the area code changes... ours will still be 417, and if you want, I can ask Ariel on MY myspace account for you.
I have no idea, I'm afraid. I know they can do that with cell phones, but don't know with home phones. I've never moved inside the city before.
