Meh. Colors don't match. Will fight with later.
Watching Fushigi Yuugi. Poor Taka. *le sigh*
Of course, Miaka's in a coma for this entire arc...
Christmas was yesterday! Yay Christmas!
My Fushigi manga collection is now complete! Which makes three series of hers I have totally finished, and one that is up-to-date... Stupid Genbu who didn't come out for a year and a half. Does Watase not realize that I need my seishi fix? *sigh*
Obsession? Me? Never...

I Learned From You
HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVE! To all my Christmas-celebrating friends. :3
I just got back from seeing National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets! Highly recommended. Close to if not as good as the first one.
Looks to me like Dad's going to be stubborn about opening presents on Christmas. :P But I think we get to open one, at least, tonight. And tomorrow we'll be Grandma's, so we won't have time to play with our new stuffs anyway.
Then Daddy shall come home, hopefully early, and we shall open the other presents! Yay us!
Excitement~~

Something Christmas-y
Haha I'm in class and on the internet and none of you are nyah~
Yay Christmas! I love meh gift from Taylor, and I got a big hug from Ash for hers. She and I also made up the 100 points we were missing in band. Easily.
Got an 84% on my Kez test yay!
I'm off to French in a few minutes... Got a test. Not SO yay but I'm not worried.

Find Me
O.O
NEVER AGAIN AM I LETTING KAILEY READ ANYTHING THAT I WRITE.
Her explination of my later plot, in a conversation with Ranna:
Ava: She thinks there's going to be a golden seagull from the land of dreams that's going to swoop them all up and drop them all in the ForSAKEn Forest, and then Zelda shows up to save them all! And then Darth Vader comes and says, "Alessander... I am your father." And now she's dancing around my room singing the Star Wars song pretending to fight with Lightsabers.
Ranna: O.O is she alright?
Ranna: touch her forehead for me...
Ava: She hit her head on the bath tub when she was little.
Ranna: Oh. Well... that's sad, but it might explain that entire incidence...
Ava: O.O
Please, please kill me now.

Is Pal
:D How nice it is to have five days off. Especially when the ice is already gone.
'Course, we ARE suppossed to get three to five inches of snow tonight and tomorrow... That should make you happy, Jess. XP As for me, I'm ready for summer.
I am also being culturally diverse, thanks to Bippy. :P
My grandparents are still over... There power went out Sunday, and they've been staying here ever since. Good thing we have a fully equipped basement for them!
...Putting off homework makes many other things more fun. Like Neopets. I'm spending an insane amount of time on there recently. And I've actually been getting a bit of writing done...
When I should *really* be doing my thesis paper. But I'm 2 1/4 pages in, and my bibs are done! I'm getting somewhere! Kinda. Slowly.
Meh.

A Narnia Lullaby
:) The house is finally quiet again.
Yesterday there were six small girls at my house, all in elementary school or younger. o.o And Emily stayed the night. ((Beenish, don't believe anything she said. She's a liar.))
NO SCHOOL TOMORROW.
That rocks. (Especially since I have yet to start that Kez paper.)
Didn't go to the parade yesterday. Next time I march I shall be a senior.
Jess and Ricel have no power. :/
Stay warm~

Don't Take the Girl
f34r, for it is before ten and I have been home for more than an hour. :3
Band-Weekend-from-h3ll is OVER~! We have one of these every year... Three parades in a row is too much. o.o
We gots a Christmas tree~! A real one~! Not a fake one~!
I have two VHS's of General Hospital taped, and have yet to start on either of them. And that's not counting today's episode. O.o Believe me, if this were sweeps, that week would have seen the death/marriage/divorce/pregnancy/kidnapping of at least four characters. But sweeps are over! I think.
*really needs to start on Kez's paper soon, but is currently pretending it does not exist*
And it's always possible that it's just me being weird, but have you ever listened to a song and wish guys were like that in real life? *sigh* This probably doesn't happen as much (at all) for those among my friends who do not listen to country.
Very sleepy. Marched two parades with five hours of sleep. O.O Bed is good. But so is computer.
*needs new book. Again*
I also changed both my song lyrics and my header. Both of which you have already noticed, but I feel the need to point them out anyway. ------------------------------------------->

For My Loved One
My Secret Santa present arrived today! *insert name here* is going to love it. I know it. :3
I am going to English Field Day tomorrow. :/ I wish it would be a little warmer. The running around having fun is the best part of these things. But Bippy and I get to miss most of school! And, I think it'll be good for Beenish to take a day off. She gets so stressed out.
I have trig to do~ but I don't have to~
Gotta go get rain coats tomorrow after school! And maybe PSAT scores! And a Ricel!
o.O That reminds me that I need to clean my room. Crap.
Kudos for those who know where this song is from! And virtual cookies.

Just a Dream
If anyone can come up with a good first name for a girl, with the last name of Morgan, and loosely fitting in with the names Blaine and Rebecca, AND not starting with an A, I will love you forever.
Gotta Go My Own Way
I love my Grandma. :D
If you get any hyper phone calls or IM messages, blame her. She made me a whole tray of sugar coated sugar. And, since it's a party, no one thinks to watch my pop intake.
Happy turkey day, peoples!!

1000 Words
Actually, I just need three words to justify myself to you. Are you ready for this?
Extreme. Air. Hockey.
My daddy bought a table today. :3 And a NICE one, too. It's six feet of solid, air hockey fun.
I took a couple pictures, but the camera batteries are dead, so I can't upload them...
But boy, imagine the tournaments once I finally have my party!!!!

Scarlet ~ Piano Solo
I love weekends with no homework. They get rid of all my stress. :3
Which was, of course, killed when I watched part of Friday's General Hospital on Youtube. I have to say, I think I would prefer watching the end of Titanic in slow motion than that. *shudder* I only watched ten minutes, but I saw Emily dead, Nikolas about to kill himself over her body, Sonny fall to the floor and Kate scream that he was dead, Luke have a SECOND heart attack, Carly being kidnapped, and Elizabeth kidnapped and put on top of a wall on top of a castle with the new evil guy threatening to push her off if Jason didn't get up there and jump off instead. :( Of course, it is a Friday during sweeps. That's never smart to watch.
Took care of my Secret Santa present! Betcha I'm the first one done. :3

Numb
Lookeh! The Internet! It works!
This shall be a short, pointless post. I did not sleep well last night and I am just about to go to bed. In Ricel post format!!
-Finished Interview With the Vampire. Quite possibly one of the weirdest movies I have seen in my life.
-Started Excel in Computer App. Which means that life shall be easy again, and I shall have lots of freetime!
-Oreo has yet to be bored of the gerbils. He sits by the cage for hours and tries to get their attention (by growling, barking, pouncing, or scratching on the cage).
-I did my trig and (sortof) anatomy tonight! No history, though. I did it last night, so tonight was too much.
-I have yet to be sick of this song.
-I hate half-angles.
- My Babylon Cast List and Floor List are both pretty and printed.
-While working on said cast list during Eagle Time, said something that freaked many people out. It was great. :D
-I am going to go get water, then go to bed! For bed is nice.

Numb
I think I have commitment issues. I just can't stick to a blog template.
Ashy made a blog!! Voila la linky: http://kieshara-tigerwriter.blogspot.com/
Anyways, parade was pretty boring. They had cookies and pop for us at the concert, which made life great. Got a picture of Kez in an apron. Also kewl. Went to the mall right after parade, made Mama buy me jeans and flip-flops so I wouldn't have to walk around in sweatpants and marching shoes. :P She gets the flip-flops, but I got a new pair of jeans.
Love Linkin Park. Song at the right is theirs. Good music.
Don't wanna do notecards. Need to do notecards, but don't WANT to do notecards.
Hungry. XD
EDIT: REMINDER. There is an NHS meeting Monday morning.

Graduation
Ugh... So tired lately...
This weekend is our last-not-Christmas-parade of the year!! No more Secret Agent Man after this!! Yay!! And the pancake breakfast for Kez's daughter is on Saturday. Beenish and I wanted to go together, and Jess might be too... Sometime early, 'cuz we have to be at the parade at 9:15.
I got the gerbils today~!! They are very cute. Brown, with some black fur mixed in. And they have tails! The bigger one has a full-sized one, but the smaller one is missing like, half of his. I'm thinking of Sora as the name of one of them. :3 I'm a videdo game nerd, I know. ((If you know what video game Sora is from, ten points to you!!))
The play looks pretty good this year. I think that was the only unusual thing about my day... I really need to do some notes for Kez's class, but I'm 90% sure I won't touch them tonight. I'm trying to finish my book before Saturday, and things keep getting in the way. Like school.
I have a French test tomorrow. I kinda doubt I'm going to be bothered enough to study. This chapter was pretty easy.
Hmm... Now, book or Valkyrie Profile?

So...
I have a philisophical question for y'all.
I am, sadly, in editor mode right now. And I'm back looking through all our Book One stuff. That still has a lot of editing needs, of course. But I think the original consensus was that we didn't need to mess with MS2, other than the ending.
Shoot me down if you don't think it's really necessary. But looking between how we're writing now, in Book Three, and how we wrote back in eighth grade? Even though it's infinately better than the beginning, I still think it could be better.
I mean, it's better - more fun - to read than the beginning was. But stylistically, it's choppy. Very.
Long story short, we could do better. When this gets sent in to an actual editor, I think this will be one of the spots we'll need to fix most. I think it needs work, obviously, or I wouldn't have bothered with this. Whatcha think?

Just a Dream
...Erin is insane. A lot.
ANd she somehow has an uncanny ability to read my mind.
It kinda freaks me out.
She's sitting in the chair across from me, trying not to annoy me. Her hand are actually IN her sleeves, trying to look restrained.
And she's sighing dramatically.
Her quote of the night: "If I ever go mentally insane, or run for president..."

Get Out of This Town
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
:D I am in a good mood.
Daddy DID remember my CD! And it was rather pricey, but hey. Whatever.
And Mama brought home a bag of candy from her Halloween party for me! With a full-size Hershey's Bar and Butterfinger. :D
And we had Little Ceaser's for dinner. Delicious!
And, for your viewing pleasure, the Halloween costumes I have forced my dogs into! ((They're both ticked off at me now. :D))

Get Out Alive
SQUEE!!!
I'm finally not stuck in FF12 anymore~
Because the shortest way to the place I was supposed to be going was harder. Much harder. So I tried the long way yesterday, and there was 99% less guards waiting to kill me!! :D So, I got Ashe back. :D I lost right after that, but at least I got save!
And tonight is Erin's party! Yay!

Blargh.
I'm go to fall so behind in Kez's class. :P But it's so hard to do more than five or six of those dratted ID's at one time!!
I also have a Trig test I haven't studied for...
And tomorrow's club picture day. Which wouldn't bother me if it weren't for the fact that Castor wants us to drag our uniforms to school to wear for fifteen minutes.
Good news is, I don't think we'll have ANY time to play tomorrow.
More good news: Ricel's party on Saturday!!
Kennedy seemed impressed that Beenish and I managed to communicate as efficently as we did in Stausing's. We sit on opposite sides of the room, and yet I managed to ask what Saturday was in French, and she was able to answer me. He seemed to think it was a magnificent feat.
Umm... I really like Wyvernhail. It might be my favorite of the series. I think I like it as much as Hawksong. It's amazing! Nicias gets a personality! He's LIKEABLE!
Couse, Zane and Danica only appear for like, five pages. And speak less than twenty words combined.
Which is sad. I likey meh Zane. :D
Dawn is a spaz.
P.S. New song on the side! Good song. I love this song.

And Ricel's party on Saturday. Which shall be fun. :D

You Found Me
It felt so weird to get up and not get ready for either school or a band trip. *dreamy sigh* It's amazing!! We get all of next weekend band-free!! ((After four weeks of Friday & Saturday, this is amazing.))
I finished both of my books. O.O I want them. And the third one. Really badly. Sadly, they only gave us ONE dollar at the MAP thing, and as I am begging a trip to Florida off my parents, it feels wrong to beg them for a book.
Oh well. Christmas is coming. :3 And then my birthday.
Tomorrow is MapleLeaf... I think I can deal with it. It's the longest freaking parade in the area, but after that is our last field show competition of the year. :D
Also, I have a ton of homework. Which is what Sunday is for. :3

Leave Out All the Rest
Today was the PSAT. Very meh. My friends rock in tight situations. :D
Also, Stausing's test. Also very meh. I finished, though most people apparently didn't.
Tomorrow's the MAP Celebration. Which I wouldn't like all taht much, but all of us are going!! And I get out of most of Kez's class. I like Kez, but still, getting out of there sounds SO nice.
I DO have to go to Trig tomorrow.. I kinda liked the day without it. :P
And it's supposed to storm tonight.
Grah.

Your Guardian Angel
...I know what you're thinking. That I messed with my blog instead of writing.
And I am forced to say that you are right.
But it sure looks pretty, doesn't it? :D
And I am working on it. I'm trying to get Em's character down. And I either want to do something with Kai or Lissie at the beginning... Because I love both of them. :3 And maybe something with Lulu. Who is Em's doggy.
And roses! *gasp*
P.S. Katie, Ashley, and Jessica are on my good side.

Far Away
So... Wanna see what I did instead of write today?
...I was been experimenting again.
I wanted to see if I could do a fade in/out in Gimp. I think it turned out rather well. :P Very simple. Just text. But I like it anyway.
Voila:

You'll have to click on it, if you're actually intrested. Just thought I'd share my exmperiments. :D

All For One
Let this day forever be marked as the day the first scene of Babylon Towers was written!! More than eight months after initial creation. By Terpsichore!
So, yesterday was a pep rally. Which was only awesome because we're in band. But anyways. :D Jessi left, and she is really the only one who keeps Erin from going totally hyper with me and Ash. And, even worse, Josh decided to sit with us (it was funny. Ash was on the outside of the arc (piccolo) then me (flute) then Josh (clarinet) Erin, then like four more flutes. And the row behind us was flutes too. And I won't even TRY to guess how many times our insturments ended up in pieces.
Yeah. Football game was fun last night. We dominated. :D But it was fun even besides that. We (being us awesome flutie juniors) decided to yeep instead of play the last note in the fight song. :D We also got into a circle with a couple of the freshmen and Josh to do our Tequila dance. One of the band mom's taped it. :D Then she took a picture of us posing as the "raising the bar" Cingular logo (Josh, then Erin, then me, then Jess, then Ashley). Castor found it funny and dug out his camera to take pictures too. Then there was the general mischief we get into whenever we're all together.
Today was parade. Boring. Sucky. The usual. And we're either in first or last, but I don't know which one.
And now I'm really tired. :D Moral of the story: Jessi started Babylon, and band can be fun, especially if you are an easily-hypered flute.

Miracle
So...
INTERNET~!!!
Hmm. Anyway. I got home, and went out with Mom into the flowerbeds, and you know what? I thought to myself, "I love roses. I want some."
n_n
I LOVE my yard. I went picking, and got a whole vase of roses. Four different kinds, from different bushes!! Also, I put a snowball flower in there. 'Cuz they bring back fond memories of childhood. But the point is, I now have a rose arrangement in my bedroom. And it smells GOOD~
One of my roses is crimson. :3 That is the BEST rose color ever. It was my favorite in the yard, and now is in my room!!
Yeah. That's pretty much everything.
:D
Oh! Eid Mubarik, Ranna~~

Lips of an Angel
I think I'm the only one who didn't get my test scores.
O.o
I am now convinced that I have failed it, and they're booting me back to middle school.

Nobody's Home
So, yeah. Not much going on.
Band is taking over again. Football, Webbstock, Valhalla, Football, MSSU, Football, Maple Leaf.
That would be our marching schedule for four weeks. That's FOUR SATURDAYS IN A ROW, AT THE END OF A QUARTER that we are busy.
*fumes*
Uhh... Still no internet.
Jessi needs to email me a scene.
So does Dawn. (The five pages you wrote last night. No excuses.)
((I am putting off my history. I already went through every Friend's DVD we own up through season six, decided which ones we liked and which ones we didn't, and which ones didn't work.))
Got a 90 on my Trig test!! *cheer*
But. An easy week in anatomy, which makes Ava very very happy.
Did you know Ava and Ada are only one letter different? Odd.
*whispers creepily* It's a hat, it's a hat...*evil cackle*

Moondance
So, I decided that I shall be a vampire for Halloween.
Shocking, I know.
If anybody has a kewl-looking cross necklace I could borrow for the Halloween show, I would love you forever.
P.S. Think I could get golden contacts in time for it?

Lullaby
So, yeah. I am exhausted. Two band nights + one whole band DAY + 7:30 practices + junior year = DEATH FROM TIREDNESS.
Had to get up at seven this morning, after a football game (We creamed 'em, by the way, 55-7!) last night, to go to Webbstock this morning.
And all I can say is this: I am exhausted, I am tired, I am sunburnt, and my eyes and throat HURT.
But. It was SO. MUCH. FUN.
They set us loose about one, and we fluties tend to travel in packs. So it was me, Ricel, Jess, Ash, and Mary White all day, and for most of it Josh hung out with us.
XD
It was Ashley and I's personal mission to be mean all day. And he was mean right back!! It was great. You shoulda been there. Especially when we messed with his head and kept switching seats the whole way home without him noticing. We decided that he has to sit in front of us on the way to Florida.
Umm...
One of the uniform racks (taller than a person. And weighty) fell over and hit someone. One of the clarinets ended up in the hospital with a broken toe.
So, it was overall a good experience. I had two Dr. Pepper's. So did Ash. But she had a bag of cotton candy, too, and all I had were some chips. But we made Erin run away when we sung Kidnap the Sandy Claws. I don't know why. Maybe we're bad singers.
Anyways...
That was my Saturday. And tomorrow, I get to get up and do the rest of my homework!! Joy.

Erin's fluffeh scene is brilliant.
Slide show in Anatomy was teh nasty.
I am now teh tired.
I wanna write not-KARAK but can't think of much.
Tomorrow is late start.
I had a point to writing this post that I cannot remember.
So, I'll leave now.

Miracle ~ Cascada
Catchy song. :D This is actually the first time since Friday afternoon I have listened to anything besides High School Musical, and the first time since yesterday it hasn't been Gotta Go My Own Way. ((I love that song.))
Sheesh. Busy weekend.
I did manage to study a bit for the Anatomy quiz. *sigh* Can I not have ONE DAY of peace...?
Went to the hospital again. Got to actually go into the NICU today to see the baby. SO. CUTE. He's losing his water weight ((which seems weird, 'cuz he was really mini to begin with - - he just weighs over three pounds right now)), and Brit's getting released either tomorrow night or Tuesday morning. It may be another few weeks for Brax.
Also, banana runts are GOOD. And it feels a lot later than eight o'clock.
Watched the actual High School Musical today - bout time, since I've already seen the second one. Was good.
And I got a little LED strobe light thingy at the store. They were having a 90% off sale - mostly crap, but I got it for seventy cents as opposed to seven bucks. :D The package says you can see it from a mile away, but I am convinced that they are dirty rotten liars.
SEVEN-THIRTY PRACTICE FROM NOW ON~

I Just Got Back...
...From the hospital!! My new little cousin (second cousin, officially), Braxton Grant, was born shortly before seven.
He's so~ little! He's five weeks premature. Brit had some problems that I won't even TRY to spell, but she's been in the hospital for a day or so, and they were serious enough that she had to have a C-section. But she's good, and Braxton's doing fine. We just got a brief look at him when they were taking him down to the NICU, and then peeking in the window of his room.
So happy birthday, Braxton!!

Only Hope
:D So. I don't have to carry textbooks after fourth hour right now.
We're reading Le Petit Prince in French (both the class AND the language) and The Crucible in Comm. Arts.
And Eagle Time is kewl.
And Mr. Claxton has jury duty, which means no Trig test tomorrow~! :D *is happy*

Stand in the Rain/ Beauty from Pain
Okay, not really sure what inspired it, but I got in a Babylon mood today. Yeah. Not sure why. Maybe not having homework is like, GOOD for the creative process.
Anyway.
I started some minor location research!! Mainly because I'm still kinda annoyed that I only had black and white film during our hotel stay.
But this is so kewl!!
Inside the Box... It's a tour thingy! You can click and drag and thus can look around the whole lobby! :D AMAZING!!
Uhh... Let's see what else...
The pool where Babylon was created!! In color!! with random people I don't know!!

And the Sweets Shop! They had lotsa ice cream. :D We sat at the table on the other end. Near the door. 'Cuz Kat freaked out when it opened. :D

And, finally for now, the bridge on the bottom floor! Inside, I might add. Prolly the same random people from the pool pic. Anyway, Kat, Ash, and I all sat at a little table across from this when working on our characters. While Jess and Erin where upstairs in the room. XD Whimps. WE had pretty scenery.
So, yeah. I wanna write on this now.

You prolly didn't guess it, but I'll tell you anyway. Bianca.

What I've Done
Maximum Ride...
"...with an upcoming fourth being written for an April, 2008 release, entitled: Maximum Ride: The Last Global Warming Warning."
:D And a movie, set to come out in 2010 or 11!!
...O.o which seems a lot closer when you think it's only about two or three years away...
Uhh... Worked at the JHS concession stand today for two hours. That was fun. XD Erin, read that page in your notebook, the one about writing.
Went out to eat at the real-world equvalent of the Blue Crab. I was not pleased. Their french fries were awful today.
Nana and Papa came over. I was summoned from FFX-2 to make them cookies. Snickerdoodles!! And yesterday I read 'softened butter' as 'brown sugar' for some reason. ((I made them yesterday, too)) The butter made it in there too, but I added the brown sugar again today. It made them extra good!
Oreo's feeling better. He's in my room, which means he doesn't feel sick at all. *is happy*
Tomorrow I'm going to the library, and seeingif Mama will take me by Crown... *needs a new movie*
Also, I stole Mama's new Joplin sweater-thing. I LOVE it. It's made of that soft stuff that's really warm. It's big on me, but it keeps me nice and toasty. :D

Breaking the Habit
Issa good day. :D
Only bad thing is that poor Guppy's back's bothering him again, really bad.... Mama's off to get him some pain killers.
Meanwhile, I am sitting at her desk, drinking a Sonic slushie, and eating the delicious cheese-things-with-a-facy-Italian-name-I-can't-spell. Starts with a T. They're nummy!!
Decided that a 99% on the test today earned me a weekend without my history book. :D Only the second time in half a quarter I haven't brought it home.
Am now pretty confident that I'm doing semi-demi-decent in that class.
Also, it;s cold in my house. XD

For A Moment
So, I'm 98% sure I sucked at Mr. Reed's quiz today.
And I think I did good on the French quiz.
And I have Kez and Stausing's tests tomorrow. Slight panic.
And then I'm working Saturday. ((JESS ERIN AND BEENISH NEED TO REMEMBER THAT)) Seriously, working two hours seemed like a good idea at the time. Kinda kicking myself now.
Monday is the French test.
Tuesday is the Anatomy test.
There is a Trig test in there somewhere.
Wednesday, Castor is making us bring in our marching shoes.
GAH.

On Top of the World
I only have 11 ID's left, and I'm caught up!! Amazingly astounding. Actually, I AM caught up - all I have left are the chapter six ones. And I'm reading chapter 6, too... I did a subsection during study hall today, and I'm working on one right now... Maybe I'll even be prepared for the test! *le gasp*
And then I shall study vocab for Stausing....
:D Maybe I'll do okay, after all.

Zanarkand
*is avoiding homework*
:D
So, got Mugen Spiral 2 yesterday. And I can't say anything here, 'cuz only Ashy has read it. I *will* say that this shouldn't be the last manga. *sniff*
It came down to this or Wyvernhail, actually. And I think Daddy would rather have gotten Wyvernhail, even though it was five dollars more, just 'cuz it woulda taken me longer.
And I got more rock candy... and a box of sprees...
Yeah, kinda boring. XD

God Blessed the Broken Road
I'm a country girl. XD This song is by Carrie Underwood AND Rascal Flatts, though. That's like... uuber country. In a good way.
Anyways, went out to dinner with Mama and Daddy for their anniversary, and we stopped at Cracker Barrel on the way home. *had never been in there before*
So. They have CANDY.
They had the good rock candy I got way back when in Texas, too!! I didn't realize they sold that here. :D:D PURE CANE SUGAR ROCK CANDY CRYSTALS. LOVE.
Umm... got CLOSER to beating Evrae. Still lost, but got closer.
Did a few more ID's. I will NOT miss those things next year, for the record.
So... I think that we will be going to Cracker Barrel a lot more often now. They're only 99 cents, too!! Mama bought me two boxes, and one is sadly empty. And was 25% of my Daily Value of carbs, too.
I have no regrets.

Zanarkand
So. I redid my whole blog so that I could use my banner.
And so that it would be centered.
All I can say is, I REALLY like the banner.
And that Final Fantasy has become more constant in my life since school's started. Since I use it to avoid my homework, you know.
So yeah. Until I get tired of the banner, this is my new blog.
:D

Colors of the Wind
So, Ashley called this morning, and in the space of sixty seconds we decided that I would go to the zoo with her family, had parental permission, and transportation decided.
:3
We went to the one in Gentry, with the petting zoo and kangeroos you can pet and such. There weren't any babies ((big disappointed 'aww' here)), and the lady at the front had me hoping there would be lion cubs. But, it was still awesome. We walked had lunch, then walked around for awhile (and listened to Ashley fawn over the tigers). Then we went into the open lemur cage and hung out with the monkeys for a bit. One of them LOVED Ash. Like, licking her face loved her. He also chewed on her hair. :3 It was funny. Then we left the monkies and she started holding a snake, and Courtney stayed four feet away from her at all times.
And we rode a camel!! Those things are STRONG. We were kinda wondering if we could both ride her, 'cuz together we weigh between 250-300 pounds. But the guy leading her said sure you can both get on! So we did. Her name was Jewel. Riding camels is kewl. We called it "research" for Babylon Book Two when they're in the outside desert-y place. There was a kind of rhythm to the camel rocking, and Ashy was dancing to it. And they're REALLY tall. Yeah. That was kewl.
Then came the drive-thorough part, which was slightly less kewl than last time, but only because they didn't have the little monkies that could get out of their cage and ride on your car. I loved those little guys. One slapped Kailey. But we threw bread out the window for the emu things ((actually, Ashley's sister had the van door open most of the trip)) and at one point there was a train of six camels following us, two of which had their head in the van (at the same time).
Then we went to the petting zoo, and hung out with the kangeroos. And we did NOT go in the goat place. ((This is the zoo my goataphobia started at, by the way)). We went back to the lemur/snake place.
Then we went home. And played hangman for awhile.
And when I got home, be amazed, for I DID some of my homework instead of putting it off more. I read a subsection and did part of my Trig. Be amazed at my un-procrastinator-ness.
And tomorrow is my grandma's party. ((Soap-opera side, for those curious, but it's been less dramatic lately.)) And I shall bring my two textbooks and stay inside with the excuse of doing homework most of the day, and no one will check, for no one could help me with said homework, and they will stay away because of it. :D Which means I could be doing anything. Like writing. Ah, writing, how I hath missed thee...
AND NO EARLY PRACTICE TUESDAY!!
Squee.
:3

Sound the Bugle Now
Mareian looked up at her brother, "We won't have too, they'll find us." She then craned her head up at the even taller Jeran. "I feel like a midget."
Smirking, Khalyen asked, "Would you feel better if I put you up on my shoulders?"
"So you could run me into tree branches? No thanks."
"Would you prefer stilts?" Jeran quipped, grinning.
"How about I just take you out at the knees?"
"I'd still be taller than you."
"Oh, thank you, Sir Knight. Perhaps I'll take you out at the waist instead."
"Can you reach that high?"
"I could after I took out your knees."
My favorite Neopets quote, from the genius nimras23. Saved so I don't have to go looking for it. :D
Wow, three posts in one day. Record for me.

THAT DUMB FROG IS BACK AGAIN.
Which PROLLY wouldn't be that big a deal if my window wasn't TWENTY FREAKING FEET OFF THE GROUND. How did he get UP that high?
He is eating all the moths, though. And they were annoying me.
But STILL.
And my dad threw my MSSU acceptance letter away. -.-;; It had my student ID for my login to their internet on it and everything.
Sigh. My first acceptance letter, and he didn't even OPEN it to see if it was trash.
And now I don't have it.
ANNOYANCE.

1000 Words
So, yesterday was the first pep rally of the year. As usual, I was hyper. And Erin was hyper. And Ashy was pretty hyper, too. Not too much to say. Nothing new or intresting, but still fun.
Went home. Ate meatballs. Danced around singing "Tequila" to myself.
Went to the game. Had fun. New turf was weird. Scared the crap out of Liz by whispering "I'll eat your head too" in her ear. Yelled at boy flute. I think I might have hit him, too. Oh well. Team lost. It sucked.
Cator laughed at us, too. 'Cuz the new band bleachers are DIRECTLY BEHIND THE GOAL POST. He said that the woodwinds needed to pay attention to the game or they might be hit with the football. We were NOT, but still tensed everytime they tried to kick it through.
O.o There was a FROG on the round part of my window last night. He was just hanging there, eating the moths when they came too close. It was kinda weird.
Got up. Mom and I went for our first walk through the neighborhood. Well, actually we walked through Hidden Hills, but you get to it through our neighborhood. And the name doesn't lie. There was a BIG hill. We walked all the way down and all the way back up. We had to coax Georgie to get her to walk home. We've been home an hour and she's still recovering.
Need to do my history today. At least part of it.
Discovered that if Neo is crashing a game continually, he quits if you uninstall and reinstall it. I think he hates me.
No early practice Tuesday!! And a three day weekend!!

Far Longer Than Forever
People who know the movie this song comes from get virtual cookies. :D
Uhh... I really don't have all that much to say. I got out of school today and got across the street, then turned on my phone (which I'm bad about doing in the morning) since Mama wasn't there. Turns out she broke her key in Dad's door, and thus had to wait for him to get to where she was before she could come get us. So, I went back into the library, saw Nicole, and checked out a book that I really didn't have room for. But it's on the Whatever Reader's Award thingy they do at the library list, so I'll have read the three I need to vote after this.
A couple of baby Morning Doves fell out of the nest in the front yard. They can almost fly, though, so they'll be okay. Kailey and I had to go after one to keep it from running into the street. :3
So... yeah, that's all. I'm avoiding doing my homework. Shh, don't tell.

Your Guardian Angel
Hehe. :D My posts are now named after the song I was listening to when I started writing them!!
Not really that smart, but now I don't have to think of titles. :D
So, this is the first week of early practice... it's not too bad. Sucks, but it seems better then it usually does. And we're all the way through the first drill already! *gasp* Shocking.
I really wish I had internet. Neo decided that all he could load today was half of pictures, and if pressured would stop responding. Then he decided I didn't get text, either. Which made researching Kez's map almost impossible. Thank God for friends.
I DID force him to load Inverloch. I think it's the very last page with Varden in it... *sniff*
All I can say is, if Inverloch is over, Directions of Destiny had BETTER START UPDATING AGAIN.
And I have discovered my homework gets down about twice as fast if I am sitting in a chair with my books/work actually ON the desk. It took me all weekend to read the first chapter of the history book, and I did the map/Venn diagram/pretest/Trig homework today before seven o'clock.
*is enjoying free time, knowing it won't last*
Finished Birthday Scene of Awakening. Will have half a free hour in Anatomy tomorrow.
So, long story short, life is good. :D

REBELLION!!
So, school's gonna kill me. If the homework gods don't get me first. O.o
I was working on Kez's chapter this morning, got bored, and decided I was gonna take a break. I played Valkyrie Profile for a while... Got killed... Started Return of the King.
And not just the normal version, either. The EXTENDED EDITION.
The homework gods weren't happy.
The movie was TEN MEASLY MINUTES FROM BEING OVER. Frodo and Sam were on the ROCK IN THE LAVA. And the power goes out.
Which, honestly, really left nothing to do but my homework.
So, naturally, I resisted! :D
It's kind of a hollow victory, since I have a page and a half left, but you know what? Take that, homework gods.

School. Ugh.
Hah! It let me get on Blogger!!
:3
Uhh.. Anyway.
First day of school yada yada yada...
-Band was boringly predictable.
-Anatomy was better - apparently Reed only doesn't like drinks in the BIOLOGY classes. So we can bring pop in from band. :3
-Trig wasn't bad... Little unnerved by the fact that the tests are 80% of the grade...
-Kez wasn't too bad, either. Jess and I got a couch.
-Comp App is going to be one of the easiest A's I've ever gotten, I know it. We're doing a typing speed test tomorrow. *rolls eyes* She suggests having a 20 WPM average to stay in the class. I think I may type a *bit* faster than that....
-Missed French. *grumbles* Stupid pointless class meeting...
-Comm Arts. I have Bippy and Kennedy and Natasha! And she put us in abc order. Which means Bipp is quite literally on the OPPOSITE side of the classroom. *more grumbling*
But Daddy made Chinese for dinner. Which made life worth living. :3
And Eagle Time starts tomorrow!! I need to find a book to read... Muahahaha...
Or maybe I should try writing. I haven't been able to lately, but not for lack of trying... Good thing I'm not planning on relying on writing to feed myself later in life...
Meh.

Me whinning. Feel free to ignore.
SO. FREAKING. BORED.
I have NO internet. My computer refuses to let me play CD-ROM games for more than ten minutes. I have played solitaire for at least two hours a day since we moved in. I am stuck in all my PS2 games.
GAHGOIAELHGKgRBMOIHGW#EUOVFBKLJhyhNG Bbrgfdbwkvhae ndghf.
Also, being me, I managed to miss a step on the way downstairs, and slid four or five before I managed to catch myself. My arm hurts.
AND THE ICEE MACHINE WASN'T WORKING AT SAMS TODAY.
Couldn't I have just stayed in bed?

Signing in, while I can!
So, my new house = love.
Got my room in order! Looks nice! Love!!
Got ECLIPSE. LOVE LOVE LOVE. ((Is it time for Breaking Dawn yet?))
I have my own BATHROOM. Which is even more amazing now than it was when I first heard of it.
My closet is HUGE.
We have cable now, which is intresting. I've had sattelite for so long...
Also, one of the neighbors came to the door, bearing the gift of cake. I didn't realize that actually happened in real life!! It was amazing!!
The not-love list:
-We have no phones right now. We get to keep the same number, which, if you currently call, will ring at my old house. Or it would, if all the phones had not already been moved to THIS house.
-As you may have noticed by my prolonged absence, our internet does NOT WORK. ((I''m using one of the neighbor's connections right now. Which I can only access in Kailey's bedroom. I do not go in there very often.))
I am going to investigate soon to see if I can get this connection anywhere else. I honestly don't think Kailey has tried anywhere downstairs, and I haven't either.
Bye~!~

I'm at Katie's!!
They're watching "How *insert movie title here* Should Have Ended"s on Youtube.
So, I have two hours with Beenish, two hours with Erin, and three hours with Jessica, one (MAYBE two) with Ashley, depending on whether or not she gets her schedule changed, and none with Katie.
I also get to live in my new house now! Yay for me!!

Tired...
Got up early this morning... At least, early for summer me. It wasn't REALLY that early, but it felt like it. And then we went over to the house and I painted until noon-thirty. Daddy stained the deck, then he helped with the trim in the basement...
We're closing on the house tomorrow!! Which means we get the keys!! Which means that I'm moving in soon!!
And Ariel FINALLY messaged me back...
And I'm painty. I am also the Paintbrush Killer. I killed two today. By accident. And I painted a door.
And Gwen passed her first real day of work! I managed to tune Dad's music out. He plays his LOUD.

Springfield
The garage sale of doom went well. Daddy did sell the go-cart... to Lynn. I can't complain. I love her. :D
And Kailey and I each got a hundred bucks. Not complaining there, either.
I did spend a lot of it today, though. We went shopping! I refilled my stock of cherry-blossomed-scented stuff from Bath and Body Works (crazy expensive. I bought a TINY vial of oil for $7.50), bought some rock candy from Mr. Bulky's (I'm a sucker for that stuff. XD) and a Beanie Baby! ...No, I don't already have enough of them.
Besides, he used his adorable, puppy charm on me!! His name is Brutus.
Uhh... hung around in Borders for awhile. They did NOT have the Dark Secrets books, or Vivian Vande Velde's stuff. I ended up buying Wicked Lovely, which seems pretty good so far. *is six chapters in* Reminds me of Tithe and Valiant and The Hunter's Moon. You know, modern day faerie stuffs.
And, my dear friends, I decided today that it was time Fleur took her long-deserved retirement. She is in rather sorry condition. You know, missing buttons, broken volume, all that jazz. So, I went looking around in FYE for a... successor.
And I bought one! I don't keep a lot of music on mine, so I didn't get a big one. Just 512 megs. But that's twice Fleur's size...
And the best part? I DON'T HAVE TO USE SONIC STAGE. That program is pure EVIL. I get to use my nice, easy Windows Media~
And the even BETTER part? When i got home to try it out, guess what? The screen is BROKEN.
It reminds me that Irony doesn't like it when I get too happy.

So, Kailey and I stayed at Nana's last night, and for the first time (in my life, at least that I can remember) we slept in the spare bedroom UPSTAIRS, not in the basement. Which was pretty nifty. The bed was super bouncy (only one, so we had to share, but it was pretty big).
Two things: Number One. Nana has the CREEPIEST doll I've ever seen. We stuck her in the closet. Kailey 'felt bad' for her, though, so she put the doll on a pillow, then decided just to put the other spare pillow on top of it. Seriously. It's scary.
And I have an overactive imagination, just like Kat. I don't normally sleep in rooms with ground-floor windows, and this room had them on two sides. So, I didn't sleep well. At all. But, besides that, we saw Ratatouille, which was good, and were taken to a farmer's market. And we ate at Long John Silver's, which is typical resturaunt for nights when we stay over. I love their fish. :3
Tomorrow is the GARAGE SALE OF DOOM.
And Daddy wants to sell my go-cart. T_T
Also, we have no sugar pop in the house. If I seem not normal when I speak to you, it's because my blood is realizing how much sugar it DOESN'T HAVE.

As much as I hate to admit it, Kailey does have good taste in music sometimes.
I love this song.

I am SO glad Joplin doesn't put much pride in their band.
Webb City's was out today, at NOON, on their field for camp. IN FULL UNIFORM.
Their director makes Castor look like a saint.

Sunday.
Have you ever noticed that the exact instant you don't have something, you immediatly want it, no matter how long it's been since you last used it?
I want to play Final Fantasy IX REALLY bad right now. Nevermind the fact that I have a stack of perfectly good PS2 games I haven't beat yet still out.
My room felt pretty empty without the beanie babies - it feels really empty without the books. I left three out of the boxes to tide me over until the move (One is the Deathly Hallows, and if you don't know what the other two are, shame on you!) but most of my room is totally packed. My only amusement are the three books, my PS2, and Neo. None of Neo's GAMES, though. And some various movies I couldn't bring myself to pack yet...
On a side note, I did dig through an already packed box to find my Fushigi Yuugi last night. For some reason, I seemed to think that I wouldn't miss it. Which was dumb. So, it is now safe in my desk for my viewing pleasure, though I have absolutely no desire to watch it now that I have it.
Never, EVER believe in the Irony Goddess. She sucks.
Uhh... Deathly Hallows was great, naturally. I felt really sorry for a couple of the deceased characters... No more can be said on this matter until Jessica is home and has read the book, however. For the record, this is, quite possibly, the best of the series. I MAY even like it better than the Prisoner. Which has managed to keep my 'favorite' status even through the Order and the Prince.
I watched almost six hours of General Hospital today... Five being this week's, and the almost one being the Nightshift episode I watched Thursday. And there was more Jason than there has been in weeks. Which made me happy. Even though he was ticked pretty much the whole time.
I'm going over to my Nana's on Wednesday... We're gonna see Harry Potter at some point while we're there. And next weekend is SUPPOSED to be the Garage Sale of Doom. And the next Tuesday is supposed to be closing-day.
Gah, I'm so bored...

I'm going over to my Nana's on Wednesday... We're gonna see Harry Potter at some point while we're there. And next weekend is SUPPOSED to be the Garage Sale of Doom. And the next Tuesday is supposed to be closing-day.
Gah, I'm so bored...

Wow.
It feels weird to realize that tomorrow is the book opening party for the Deathly Hallows.
I'm meeting with Ashley and maybe Beenish tomorrow for one... This'll be the third one I've gone to. And I still have the oversized "HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX BOOK OPENING PARTY" thingy I won in the garage.
So, there's a few new things on our house, too. David found termites (just one spot. and the seller pays for treatment.) and the roofer says we need a new roof, which is really rather pricey. But the seller has to pay for THAT, too.
:P I'm sure you're getting annoyed by the new-house talk by now, so I'll just show one more piccy for now, and I'm done for awhile. Promise.

The view from the basement windows. If you look REALLY hard in those two trees on the left you can make out the camera. It's MUCH easier to see on Neo. Please also notice the weirdly shaped house you can see in the background on the right. It is round, like a castle turret, but HUGE. And four stories tall. There is even MORE to the house elsewhere. But that turret-thing is weird. Very.

Checking in...
Yeah, not too much to say.
Cousins came over. Went swimming. My shoulders burned. Rather annoyed.
Had Chinese for dinner. Was delicious. Slightly more happy.
Finally made myself finish anime I started forever ago. No, Jess, not Spiral. Haibane Renmei. Really good. Recommended.
Kinda sleepy. Kinda want to write. Beenish is supposed to be writing. She's never on. It's annoying.
Gonna stop now...

O.O
I found a girl on YouTube that has every episode from GH going back at least to February.
She is like... my hero.

Sigh...
I feel like such a bad friend...
I tried calling Ariel a few days ago, and apparently her cell's been disconnected, 'cuz my call got bounced... And the number Mom has didn't work either. I don't know her new home phone number, despite the fact that she's lived there for awhile. I don't know her email, or her address, or anything...
So I've slumped low enough as to get a MySpace account. Just to let her know that I'm moving.
Anybody know if you get to keep your phone number or not when you move inside the city, out of curiosity?

Yeah...
So, I haven't updated in awhile. Not really much has gone on lately, though...
Uh, Jess stayed the night last night, and we watched two movies (neither prompted the "Titanic" reaction) killed a badmiton birdie, and killed each other in SC3...
There was an eight-foot deep hole in our backyard yesterday!! It was kinda nifty. And one of those big, school-bus-yellow digger thingies that I cannot remember the name of.
Anyway, I've been packing for moving day... It took two BIG boxes to fit all my stuffed animals, one and a half of them being strictly my beanie babies. ((My room looks WEIRD without them...)) I took down a couple of my wall coverings, too... I don't like my empty walls...
Umm... Kailey went to a friend's house earlier, which was nice. Mom and Dad and me went out for dinner, then got an Icee, and then went over to Ron and Bev's house.
Their grandson is the one Kailey's been babysitting lately, and he is ADORABLE. In between the moments when Wheel of Fortune had his whole attention, he brought me one of his books to read to him... Noah's Ark, ironically. (His name is Noah.) And I couldn't read him the WHOLE book. He would let me read up to the part about two pandas and then flip it back to the beginning.
He went to bed pretty early after getting there... Then the adults went to play dice, and it indirectly became my mission to befriend their dog Mocha. I scared her at the beginning of the night by moving out of my chair too fast... She was an abused dog. She's missing a lot of teeth and has some scars... She's Guppy-sized, and the sweetest little thing...
I did befriend her, by the way. I had her on my lap, rolled over on her stomach, which made me pretty happy.
BUT THEIR CAT HATED ME.
I tried to pet her at some point, and she hissed at me. So, I was done.
Ron messed with her tail later, and she turned around and hissed at ME! And she had a... oh, imagine one of Norwood's glares-of-doom. From a cat. She was giving me one of those the last half-hour I was there.
So, I hate cats.
But I love dogs.
And their house was FREEZING. They and dad were fine, but I was literally shivering. My teeth were chattering and everything...
I barely touched the book I brought with me, 'cuz between the dog and paying attention to the adult's conversation, then getting roped into being scorekeeper, I didn't have time for it...
And I'm going over to my house tomorrow! One of our 'connections' is getting us in. :D
And, that's really all that's been going on in the last week. I live a sad life...
But I like it.

Here we go again...
ANOTHER OPEN HOUSE. AGAIN. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE OVER BY NOW.
So, yeah. Unless we sell it today, we don't get our house, unless we list it with that realtor that was over a few days ago. Which none of us really want. So, HOPEFULLY it will all be over this evening. Either we move, which is unlikely, or we stay here, and I get my chalkboard wall. :D
I've also decided to stay in my own bedroom. While moving downstairs would give me pretty much a whole floor to myself, the room down there is TINY... And I have WAY~ too much crap to fit in there.
So, I shall be happy to rearrange my furniture, maybe. And paint the wall my bed is up against now into my chalkboard wall. And I SWEAR that those ugly shutters in my room are going bye-bye. I want curtains.
So... I don't really have anything to talk about. I'm stuck in Kingdom Hearts again... So I am going to go attempt to slaughter that guy. And be slaughtered instead.
Byebye!!

Still ALIVE.
So, the fourth is over for us, firework-wise. This year was slightly less exciting... Emil wasn't here, so that means no roman-candle-wars with him and Dad... The parents were more strict and precise with instructions this year...
But still, totally awesome.
I stayed inside with the adults while Kailey and the cousins (Some of them. Sarah, Michael, and little Josh, at least.) starting playing with the fireworks Dad and Alan bought. ((Can you BLAME me? Kailey with FIRECRACKERS? Or Josh, who burned Emil last year? Or Sarah and Micheal, who none of you know?))
So, anyway, they played with the poppers and smoke bombs and firecrackers and such until we went out there, when it started to get dark. Mom and I set up the blanket to sit on, and the other adults sat in the chairs in the space they had claimed. Well, actually, we watched as a roman candle went off, INSIDE one of those traffic cones, I might add. See, Nana lives on a hill a few blocks away from the big fireworks, so everybody wants to drive down that street, which doesn't actually GO to the park. So the neighbors set some cones up to discourage cars this year. :D And Sarah decided to put some fireworks inside of them. It was nifty looking.
Anyway, the bottom of the hill, right out in front of Nana's is the place where all the neighbors come and set up their chairs.... AND bring their fireworks. And let me tell ya, these guys don't go cheap on them. They were setting off some big ones, while Kailey and Sarah and Josh set off some artillery shells and such. Mama talked Kailey into shooting a roman candle at one of the street lights (long story. Josh turned one off last year with one.). The OTHER adults were yelling at them to stop (them being her, Sarah, and Josh. Josh was doing the actual shooting.) Josh came to sit with Mom and me then, so I figure his dad really wasn't happy. Kailey and Sarah continued shooting some off. The crowd across the street (maybe twenty-some-odd people) were yelling for them to hit the streetlight. And some point, Kailey yelled back, "Are you TRYING to get me in trouble?!" It was funny.
When it was about time for all the big ones to start, our blanket filled up. I was on one corner, with Kailey in front of me and Mom on my left. Sarah was on her side, Micheal was in front of her and Josh was in front of Mom. That's all the "kids" of the family. Including Mom. She's "young at heart".
Sarah, who I might add is normally quiet and such, was very loud. It was rather funny, actually. We were talking about all the stuff that's happened through the years, like the year the fireworks stopped for a long time before starting again. Sarah's decision was, and I quote, "Somebody probably caught on fire... And they had to wait until he stopped burning. State legislature, you know."
Then came the first picture-made-of-fireworks of the night. A swirl. In the DUMBEST possible voice, she announced, "It's a SWIRL!" And when we all laughed at her, she added, more quietly, "In case, you know, there are any blind people..."
Our blanket also started a group "ooh and ahh". It was pretty good. We grew bored, eventually. The kids across the street tried to copy us, but they were quieter after my dear cousin yelled "LOSERS!!" across the street.
Also, when we were looking at the shapes in the sky, she yelled out, "Do a PIRATE!!"
Kailey and Sarah were laughing about a cute little Mexican midget (also a long story. One I do not plan on explaining.) at some point...
I think Kailey was yelling FREEDOM!! when Mama said, "She sounds like she's drunk." Sarah replied, "She's drunk on AMERICA!!"
And, finally, after the finale, there was the healthy round of "Thank you New York!" and "Goodnight!"'s from the Blanket. There was also one, "NOW GET OFF OUR LAWNS!" from my cousin, and lots and lots of "AND PICK UP YOUR TRASH!!" from Kailey.
Hope you had a Happy Fourth, everyone, and congrats if you made it this far...
I love my family...

Meh...
My day, in a nutshell: we still might be moving after all, hamburgers, Howl's Moving Castle and Davy Jones.
So, long story short, we're going to list our house with a realtor for two months, and if it sells in that time, we still get the pwetty house. Dad's version is very long-winded, so I summarized. The end.
But I DID talk him into making hamburgers for dinner. We called Nana first, to check and see what she's cooking for the Fourth tomorrow, and you know what she said? Lasagna. LASAGNA. For the Fourth of July. So, we had hamburgers and french fries. Also, we have one of the fun ketchup bottles, with three different nozzles on it. So I drew a smiley face on my burger.
And then we went to Crown and got movies. I ish listening to Howl's Moving Castle right now.
And I learned, just now, that arranging music sucks. I already knew the NOTES to Davy Jone's Lullaby, and it still took me two hours to get it written out. Figuring out how long to hold each note sucks. However, I do have a finished copy of it, for flute, of course, in my drawer. Arranged by MOI.
Also, I unlocked Amy today in SC3, further proving that I like the little speedy characters. Currently I like her more than Talim or Setsuka. Despite her un-talkiness.
P.S. Happy Fourth of July! Be careful, don't get burned, and don't burn ANYONE ELSE.

:D
So, as you may have noticed, I grew bored of the dots. :D What can I say, I'm easy to bore.
Also, at my time of writing this sentance, there are 35 days, 6 hours, 14 minutes, and 32 seconds until Eclipse comes out.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, I have two words for you: SPRENCH JUSTICE. If you still don't know what I'm talking about, how the HECK did you get to my blog?
Also, I cut my finger open on a pair of shorts yesterday. Don't ask me; I don't know how I did it either. But I have a nice-sized cut from it. I felt accident-prone.
I don't really have much to write about. Moral of this post: I changed my blog background, and I'm excited about Eclipse.
P.S. Edward Cullen prefers brunettes. Take that, blondes, redheads and blackians!

Yeah, it's lost.
But I'm not nearly as disappointed about it as I thought I would be. Oh well. It wasn't meant to be, I guess.
So, Within Temptation has good music. Really good music. They're more of an Evanescence-y type band, except the lead is even better than E's.
And, of course, due to it's sucktacular-ness, iTunes doesn't carry their music.
At least they hadn't, until I checked today. :D Only one song, but it's one I DIDN'T have. It's really good, actually... Called What Have You Done, if you're curious...
I never did watch LOTR last night... Just now realizing. But I watched Blood and Chocolate again today. It's still stunning that it's a good movie. And that Aiden is LIKEABLE, even worse. And I didn't like movie Gabriel. I think that The Curse doesn't count that way. I liked Aiden. And Vivie. NEITHER OF WHICH DIE.
I know none of YOU will agree with me, but in my mind, it doesn't count. SO NYAH.

But It Is Not Lost.
The quest stands upon the edge of a knife. Stray but a little and it will fail, to the ruin of all.
Sorry. I haven't watched LOTR in a long time, and I am in that mood right now.
Anyways.
The people love the house. They said that if they were to get a house, this is the one they would want.
However, because of the INCREDIBLY short notice, they are not sure if they can get the money to buy ours. They may scratch up the money, they may not. They planned on getting a house in December.
Dad and Emil are thinking of ways to get creative. The contract we have on the one we want expires tomorrow sometime, and they may bargain for more time to help the others get the money.
I'm still kinda hopeful. I've ACCEPTED that I am not moving, in case worst comes to worst. I've even bargained to get a chalkboard wall, if we don't. It all depends on what Emil can swing for, where the peoples can get money, and how we can bargain.
Jeez. And I thought it'd be all over by now.

*high pitched squealing sound here*
We got it, we got it, WE GOT IT~!!!!!
Ahem. Excuse me.
New update: WE GOT THE HOUSE!!!! THEY ACCEPTED OUR OFFER!!!
So, that makes me very happy. :D It also means Kailey and I are cleaning like mad today so that the house gleams like a new penny ((My lucky penny does not gleam. I think I should clean it as a metaphoric gesture.)) tomorrow when Mr. and Mrs. Hopeful Owners come back to see it, for the THIRD TIME. And, supposedly, they are bringing a contract.
No guarantees yet, of course, but if we get a contract tomorrow ((MUST be tomorrow)) then we get the new house~!! And it's gorgeous, of course. I'll post piccies, should Mr. and Mrs. decide to become my new favorite people-I-don't-know-well.
HOPE FOR THE BEST, KAILEY!!

KEYI
So, I was listening in on the more intricate details of a contract between a realtor and a buyer today, mostly because the conversation was taking place in my kitchen.
Yes, my dear friends, we put in an offer on a house today.
No, our house is not sold yet. It may/will hopefully sell on Friday.
But that is not what this is about!! I don't think.
Anyway, as I was sitting there, I realized that I live in a very nice family, when it comes to having connections. Looking for a house? Call up Uncle Emil. Need a termite inspection for said house? Call up Uncle David. Breathing treatment? Hello, Daddy.
Thus being said, I realized I have: two school cafiteria workers, two exterminators, a respitory therapist, a daycare worker, realtor, dollar store worker(s), Walmart manager... All in my family, no farther away than my grandparents and cousins.
Hey, I'm not complaining. I would much rather deal with Emil than 98% of the realtor population. And he got the temporary codes to let us into the house we want. Which meant I could sit in the room I have claimed as mine, should all go well.
And the closet of that room? It has a WINDOW in it. And I'm not REALLY sure why that seems so kewl to me, but it REALLY does.
Hmm... More on the house, should we get it. If not, I shall prolly be mostly depressed.
Now, off to find my lucky penny...
Yes, my dear friends, we put in an offer on a house today.
No, our house is not sold yet. It may/will hopefully sell on Friday.
But that is not what this is about!! I don't think.

HAPPINESS!
Okay, this is old news now, but I am still happy about it, so DEAL WITH IT!!! :D Anyways, I took the June ACT so as to get into my DC Trig/College Algebra class. It requires a 22.
My results came in on... Friday, I think. Anyways, I got a THIRTY ONE!! I was really really happy.
And the minor fact that my parents owed me twenty bucks apiece didn't hurt at all.
So, I have a limited amount of that left. ((Has anyone else noticed how EXPENSIVE books are nowadays?!)) But I have three new books, get to take my DC class with Jess, and can now, OFFICIALLY say that I have beat Beenish.
Life is good.

Maybe I should let them have their way more often.
Normally when I'm writing, I have a scene all planned out in my head. I know EXACTLY how it's going to go, and how it's going to end. And, of course, I end up with a scene nowhere near RANNA sized in length, but what I wanted.
And then, some days, my characters decide that THEY don't want to play along. Normally I ignore it, and still get what I want.
And then came Vayne, the most evilly frustrating character my mind has sprung on me.
So, what was SUPPOSED to be a fluffy scene turned into a severly angsty one.
Once I had accepted that, Vayne decided that he was going to ramble on more than I wanted him to. Thus my "quarter-page" idea turned into a PAGE AND A HALF.
Letting Vayne have his way seemed to be productive. I'm not sure whether I like this or getting a shorter, not-angsty thing better...

Now's the time for the bomb shelter...
Okay, my family is beyond obsessed with Chicken Mary's. We will be there - AGAIN! For the second time in a WEEK - this evening, and I think it's safe to say we will be loud, obnoxious, and possibly harmful. After all, while the soap opera side of my family is relatively friendly, and the worst troublemaker *coughcoughJoshcough* hasn't been seen at a family event since Easter, this side of my family is slightly more dangerous. Last fourth of July, the last time we were all together, resulted in burns from close-range Roman Candles, and more than two people literally on fire.
My OTHER cousin Josh - the sociable one - as well as my dad's brother Emil will be there. And Kailey, too.
I'm bringing my headphones. Sadly, my MP3 player's sound is broken at a constant state of fifteen, for loud. I don't think that will be good enough...

FINE.
Okay, maybe I did give in and make one, but I will pride myself on the knowledge that I was the LAST ONE to do it. I am sure this will be rarely updated. So all I'm really doing is wasting hosting. Oh well, I guess...
